Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

If PokerInsights is not for you, your first purchase (monthly or yearly, any plan) is refunded in full within 14 days of payment. No questions asked, no forms to fill: send one e-mail to support@pokerinsights.app from your account address and we refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the app (Settings, Manage subscription); your plan then simply runs until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing further is charged. We do not refund partially used renewal periods, which is exactly why cancelling is a one-click, any-time action.

If a renewal surprised you

Charged for a yearly renewal you forgot about? Write to us within 14 days of that renewal and we will sort it out fairly. We would rather refund a forgotten renewal than keep money from someone who was not using the product.

During the closed beta

No payments are collected during the beta, so there is nothing to refund. This policy applies from the commercial launch.

Statutory rights

This policy adds to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
