Perceptium GmbH, Rooseweidstrasse 8, 8832 Wollerau, Switzerland (CHE-408.563.585) is responsible for the processing described here. Contact: support@pokerinsights.app.
We collect only what the service needs to work: your account e-mail, a hashed password, and the poker data you choose to upload. Your data lives in a database that belongs to your account alone. We do not sell it, share it, show ads against it, or use it to train anything. There is no free tier precisely so that you are never the product.
Legal bases under the Swiss FADP and, where it applies, the GDPR: performance of the contract with you, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics. The application uses one strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. It contains no tracking and is not shared with anyone, which is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Your database is an isolated, per-account database on our servers. We use a small number of processors to run the service:
These providers process data only as needed for their function. Some of them operate globally; where data leaves Switzerland or the EU/EEA, recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply.
The app includes a Private mode that disables every optional external call the software can make. With it enabled, your instance exchanges data with nobody beyond what is strictly required to serve you the app itself.
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can export everything you own as a single file at any time. If you delete your account, your database is permanently deleted, not archived. Legally required billing records (invoices at Stripe) are kept for the statutory period.
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. The in-app export and account deletion cover most of this instantly; for anything else, write to support@pokerinsights.app. If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Swiss FDPIC or your local data protection authority.
Passwords are hashed with a modern memory-hard algorithm, sessions are signed, all traffic is encrypted in transit, per-account databases are isolated from each other, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but the attack surface here is deliberately small.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by e-mail or in the app before the change takes effect.
